How do I purchase Lead Retrieval Scanning?
Lead retrieval is included with your booth package. You will be able to set it up via your Visit portal once it is live close to the show!

Why can’t I see the lead retrieval in my account?
If your company has purchased Lead Retrieval, or has this included in your package, it will be activated in your account three weeks before the show.

How many devices can be used?
You can use an unlimited number of devices to scan leads at the event. Simply log in to your Visit Connect account on your phone or tablet and start scanning. All leads collected by your team will be stored together in your account.

How does my team set up their personal device for lead scanning?
 Once Lead Retrieval has been activated in your account, each team member will receive an email with a link to register and set up their access. Please ask your team members to keep an eye on their inbox for this email.

To download your scanned leads, please go to your Partner Portal (registration portal.) Please note, based on the permissions granted by the Org Registration Admin, your view may be limited.
