Allison Tepley leads the Global Audience Marketing team at Reddit, where she connects large and small advertisers to Reddit's users, conversations, and communities. Allison has led B2B marketing teams at Google, AOL, AddThis, Gro Intelligence, Axial, and Yext, as well as consulting with early stage technology teams. She worked as a policy analyst and speechwriter in Washington D.C. and in strategy development at the Boston Consulting Group. Allison graduated from Georgetown University and from Harvard Business School.
