Beyond the brand’s market ranking, Chelsea is especially proud of the continual reinventions she has led at amika over the past 16 years, evolving the business while staying true to its core values and of the strong, purpose-driven team and organization she has built along the way. At the core of Chelsea’s leadership is a deep commitment to building a brand rooted in authenticity and purpose. She has solidified amika’s identity around joy, inclusivity, and responsibility, shaping it into a champion for all hair, hairstylists, and the planet. Under her leadership, amika earned B Corp certification, Clean + Planet Aware status at Sephora, and recognition across all five Ulta Conscious Beauty Pillars, reinforcing the brand’s long-standing commitment to sustainability and social impact. Chelsea is also deeply passionate about creating opportunity for underrepresented voices in beauty.
