Vilk brings more than two decades of experience leading high-functioning talent. As a trailblazer in marketing and sales strategy for the world’s foremost brands, and as a digital innovator at the forefront of technology, she firmly believes in the power of customer centricity as the driver to every organization.

Prior to joining Hootsuite, Elina led marketing at WooCommerce, where her team focused on democratizing opportunities for small businesses, developers and creators worldwide. She previously led Small Business Marketing at Meta, where her team enabled small businesses to build their online presence and meaningful customer connections on Facebook’s family of apps such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Messenger. Elina also led Global Marketing for the Large Enterprise team at PayPal and led consumer and digital advertising at Visa, including the award-winning “More People Go With Visa” campaign.
