
Joy Allen-Atlimare is a seasoned executive with over 24 years of experience in leading brand innovation across highly competitive and rapidly evolving markets. She has a strong track record of developing profitable solutions driven by consumer data, purchase experiences, and engagement, as well as media and consumer behavior changes. She is the President of Vella Bioscience, where she guides the pioneering FemTech company through its next stage of scientific commercialization, retail expansion, and category-defining growth.
Prior to Vella Bioscience, Joy served as the Global Chief Marketing Officer of Saucony, where she spearheaded the brand's strategic vision and marketing initiatives across international markets. Joy was also the Chief Revenue Officer for Havas Media Network North America (HMN NA), where she led the Client Experience, Growth, and Multicultural teams, enhancing client and operational excellence to maximize value for both HMN NA and its clients.
Throughout her career, Joy has been a trusted advisor and resource for organizations addressing growth, innovation, and technology challenges, helping them position themselves as positive disruptors within their industries.
Previously, Joy was the Chief Marketing Officer at Kindbody, Inc., a technology- driven fertility clinic network and family-building benefits provider; and, the Chief Revenue Officer at EHE Health, where she drove growth across the company’s expanding product ecosystem and oversaw all revenue generation. She also managed marketing, digital product, client success, and post-care engagement departments. Before this role, she served as Chief Marketing and Product Officer, developing strategic marketing initiatives, growth strategies, and aligning EHE Health’s preventive care products with seamless processes to elevate patient satisfaction and maximize utilization.
Earlier in her career, Joy worked with leading agencies such as Ogilvy+Mather, GREY, and Publicis, collaborating with top brands like L’Oreal, Verizon, and Colgate-Palmolive. Additionally, she helped publishing giant Conde Nast transition from its traditional roots to a digital future, providing strategic insights as the industry landscape evolved.
