Kelly Breakstone Roth is the co-founder and CEO of Prysmic, building the autonomous workforce for supply chain operations. Prysmic's AI operators work inside the systems global retail and consumer brands already run on, executing entire workflows end to end and taking on the manual work that has long capped how fast companies can scale. Before founding Prysmic, Kelly spent over a decade in government leading high-stakes, multi-million dollar operations: complex cross-border initiatives spanning people, borders, and systems that were never designed to work together. She went on to found The Nopo, a global eCommerce and logistics startup, connecting artisans around the world with international buyers, and experienced firsthand the operational pain points that inspired Prysmic. Today, Kelly works with leading retailers and consumer brands to reimagine operations through AI-driven execution, helping teams eliminate repetitive work and focus on the higher-value decisions that move the business. She runs Prysmic itself AI-native, with agents embedded across nearly every function, a live preview of the operating model she believes every company will soon run on. A regular writer and speaker on agentic AI and the future of operations, Kelly holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University.
