Joining the brand in 1999, Massey worked her way up through several field leadership positions, most recently serving as the Global Executive Director of Stores which spans Anthropologie, Weddings, Terrain and Maeve. Mindy oversees all retail locations and both field team operations and infrastructure across North America and the EU. She leads the brands industry-leading visual team, who have become incredibly well-known for their one-of-a-kind window displays, in-store vignettes, and display objects. Under her direction, Anthropologie has grown to over 260 stores globally, with a field team of over 10,000 employees.

Mindy is passionate about developing high-performing teams, streamlining processes, and building service frameworks to support Anthropologie’s continued expansion. A true brand champion, Mindy is invested in continually evolving Anthropologie’s experiential retail format, and building a creative, inspiring, and innovative experience for their loyal community of customers.

Mindy lives in Chicago with her husband Chad, two children, Jack and Ella, and their pup, Captain.
