Rebecca Kerper is a former Fortune 500 Chief Digital Officer, ICF-certified executive coach, and leadership consultant with over two decades of experience leading digital growth, business transformation, and organizational change.

Over her 25-year career with QVC Group, Rebecca held leadership roles across eCommerce, marketing, and media, giving her an end-to-end perspective on the customer journey as digital commerce evolved from its earliest days to today's omnichannel retail experience.

She spent three years in Milan serving as Vice President of Commerce Platforms for QVC Italy before becoming Chief Digital Officer of HSN. There, she led a $1.5 billion eCommerce business, modernized the company's digital ecosystem, and expanded into emerging platforms, including social commerce.

Today, Rebecca coaches leaders from organizations including Disney, Google, IBM, American Express, Accenture, Pfizer, and Stanford Health Care. Drawing on her executive experience, she partners with clients as they navigate increasing complexity, organizational change, and the evolving demands of senior leadership.

Rebecca is a frequent speaker on the opportunities and challenges facing today's organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors for the International Coaching Federation's Central Florida Chapter and facilitates leadership development workshops for Dress for Success, supporting women as they prepare for career transition and growth.

She lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband and four sons.
