Sheena Butler-Young is a Senior Correspondent at The Business of Fashion (BoF), where she leads the magazine's coverage of workplace, talent and culture, and co-hosts the Debrief podcast. Based in New York, she is the former deputy editor of WWD's Footwear News and the recipient of Penske Media Corporation’s Journalistic & Creative Excellence Award for her reporting on diversity in fashion. In 2024, she earned an Azbee Regional Gold Award and National Silver Award for impact and investigative journalism. Over the course of her career, she has interviewed many of fashion’s most influential executives, designers and cultural figures.
